The Talent Management Expert is responsible for creating and developing comprehensive talent
management systems for private sector clients. This includes designing tailored solutions for job structures,
salary systems, performance evaluation frameworks, HR policies, career development plans, and task
management models. The role requires in-depth analysis, strategic planning, and the application of global
HR standards (such as SHRM, CIPD) while aligning with each client's specific business model and
industry.
1. Create and Develop Talent Management Strategies:
* Conduct thorough assessments of the client’s internal HR environment and workforce structure.
* Design full-scale talent management strategies tailored to private sector business operations.
* Develop an implementation roadmap with clear milestones, priorities, and timelines.

* Create accurate and globally aligned job titles that reflect each position's actual function.

* Collect and analyze private sector market data to define competitive salary ranges.
* Design a salary grading and banding system based on organizational hierarchy.
* Establish policies for salary progression linked to performance and years of service.
* Develop tools to help clients regularly review and update their compensation structure.
4. Create and Develop Performance Review Systems:
* Build comprehensive performance management frameworks using:

* Ensure alignment between performance outcomes and career development/promotions.
5. Create and Develop HR Policies and Procedures:
* Draft customized HR policy manuals that reflect private sector requirements, including:

* Provide training and documentation to ensure client staff understand and comply with all policies.
6. Create and Develop Career Development and Individual Development Plans (IDPs):
* Identify training and development needs based on job role and business goals.
* Design clear career progression paths for each level of the client’s organizational structure.
* Create individual development plans that include training, mentoring, and job rotation.
* Recommend local or international training resources, certifications, and partnerships.
7. Create and Develop Task Management and Work Distribu;on Systems:
* Design task distribution systems that support daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals.
* Develop tools to monitor task completion and track team performance.
* Create RACI matrices (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) to clarify roles.
* Recommend digital solutions or templates for efficient task management.
