Quality Standards/Job Summary: Oversees the daily operations, coordination of the daily activities, and the training of staff. Has knowledge and can efficiently complete daily department opening and closing procedures as scheduled according to department needs. Assists Managers when requested or required. Demonstrates a high level of customer service in the performance of job duties. Has the ability to multi-task and handle stress with a calm and professional demeanor during high volume periods within department and store.
Qualifications: High School or Equivalent. 2 years food service experience at the Co-op with internal training on policies, procedures, standards and customer service. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on regular basis.
Attendance Requirements: Flexible hours, including weekend and evening shifts. Availability of seven days a week as scheduled according to department needs.
