Duties and Responsibilities
- Know the Kuwaiti contracting market (be an expert), its developments and be attentive/open to
future trends & innovations.
- Drive Omni channel sales B2B/B2C/B2G, aiming to always deliver a best-in-class customer
experience.
- .Managing all Bid cycle starting from searching , preparing documents , costing until sending proposal and following-up.
- Build the appropriate sales structure and manage the sales force according to their job content and purpose.
- Participate in setting company goals, sales targets and achievements.
- Understand customers' needs and identify growth opportunities B2B/B2C/B2G.
- Find new opportunities to expand the customer base & value.
- Following up with your network to be the first to know about upcoming opportunities.
- Analyze and report sales activities , opportunities.

Required Knowledge and Experiences
Proven Experience (3-5) years as Sales Sr.Officer/ Manager in a related fields, ex. (Contracting, Security,
, cleaning)
Education
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or any related.
