Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the reservation department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
3. Monitor reservation trends and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
4. Supervise and train reservation staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
5. Handle VIP bookings, group reservations, and special requests with professionalism and precision.
6. Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of experience in reservations management or a similar role in a five stars hotel.
2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
