Job description  

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our technology team. You will work closely with senior engineers, traders, and quantitative analysts to build and maintain high-performance systems that support our trading activities. This is an excellent opportunity to learn in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have direct and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of components for our real-time trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative analysts to implement software solutions that support trading strategies.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code with guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously improve coding standards and practices.
• Support the integration and maintenance of market data feeds, order execution systems, and risk tools.
• Monitor application performance and assist in diagnosing technical issues.
• Document your work clearly to support team knowledge sharing and system maintenance.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools relevant to our technology stack.

Requirements

• BS/BE in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system design concepts.
• Exposure to production-level software systems is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
