Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Insurance industry landscape in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven ability to analyze data, extract meaningful insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of Business Development principles, sales cycles, and client relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and motivate others towards a common goal.
- Pharmacist with IT exposure or IT professional with experience in Health Insurance, Healthcare, Hospitals, Business centers, or Pharmacy benefits.
